Basic Package

Our Basic Package grants exclusive access to the stunning outdoor spaces of Villa Merlin, along with full use of our modern interior restrooms, which include two ladies’ rooms, two men’s rooms, and one accessible toilet. Please note that this package does not include the use of the pergola or buffet counters.

Additional Services

1. Pergola & Dining Setup

Enhance your event with this premium package, which includes:

  • The elegant pergola with brand-new buffet equipment

  • Comfortable chairs and round tables dressed with stylish tablecloths

  • A wooden deck, designed for live music entertainment

2. Catering Menu I

Indulge in a carefully curated dining experience featuring:
  • A delicious buffet catering selection
  • A variety of beverages, including welcome drinks (served on the villa’s upper level), wine, soft drinks, and water
  • Professional wait staff (bartenders not included)

3. Catering Menu II

For a more refined dining experience, this package includes everything in Catering Menu I, plus an upgraded selection of premium buffet options.

  • Catering services are provided exclusively by Elea Beach Hotel in Dassia.

Complimentary Extras

  • Food Tasting Experience: If you select one of the catering packages, we offer an exclusive food tasting session by the sea at Elea Beach Hotel.

  • Wedding Night Stay: Regardless of the package chosen, the newlyweds will enjoy a complimentary one-night stay at Elea Beach Hotel.

Optional Add-Ons (Additional Charge)

  • Alcoholic Beverages Package: Includes a fully stocked bar, two signature cocktails and professional service by two experienced bartenders.

Reservation & Policies

  • To secure your event date, a 30% deposit of the basic package fee (venue + restroom access) is required via bank transfer.

  • The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  • Date changes may be accommodated only under special circumstances.

  • Music & Sound System: Villa Merlin complies with Greek legislation on music during outdoor events. We also provide our own high-quality sound equipment for an exceptional audio experience.
