In this context, venue rental can be combined with selected services, tailored to the needs and style of each event.

1. Pergola & Dining Setup

This rental option includes:

  • The elegant pergola with brand-new buffet equipment

  • Comfortable chairs and round tables dressed in stylish tablecloths

  • Tableware

2. Catering Services (provided by Elea Beach Hotel)

Enjoy a carefully curated dining experience designed to elevate your event. The catering services include:

  • A delicious buffet selection, complemented by bottled wine, soft drinks, and water. The menu can be enriched with premium buffet additions

  • Welcome drinks and finger food delights
  • Professional wait staff (bartenders not included)
  • Complimentary Food Tasting Experience at Elea Beach Hotel

3. Bar Services

  • Fully stocked bar station with two bartenders, serving alcoholic drinks and cocktails.

Reservation & Policies

  • To secure your event date, a 30% deposit of the basic package fee (venue + restroom access) is required via bank transfer.

  • The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  • Date changes may be accommodated only under special circumstances.

  • Music & Sound System: Villa Merlin complies with Greek legislation on music during outdoor events. We also provide our own high-quality sound equipment for an exceptional audio experience.
